This was an extremely complex transaction, but you never would have known it given how smooth and easy Simone dealt with all the issues. We bought a fixer-upper to turn it around and sell it for a profit. And a PROFIT is what she gave us. Simone handled all facets of this transaction, which entailed Buying the Home, Fixing it up, and Selling it within a 2-month period.
